You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your vinpk Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. vinpk will never request your password through any communication channel. Any activity conducted through your Account while logged in will be treated as authorised by you, and vinpk accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
All deposits and withdrawals on vinpk are processed in PKR. The Platform supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal thresholds are displayed in the cashier section at the time of each transaction and may vary by payment method.
Currency Note: All vinpk account balances, bets, and payouts are expressed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied to PKR-denominated accounts.

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, any Real Money Balance (excluding bonus funds or winnings under investigation) may be returned to the Player following the conclusion of the investigation if no breach is established.
Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting vinpk support. Where closure is requested for responsible gaming reasons, the Platform will process the request without delay and apply any applicable self-exclusion period before account reinstatement can be considered.
All content on the vinpk Platform, including but not limited to the vinpk brand name and logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and promotional materials, is the intellectual property of the Operator or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. vinpk does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption or free from technical errors. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily affect Platform availability. vinpk accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform unavailability, provided reasonable efforts are made to restore service promptly.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the vinpk internal complaints procedure will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Operator's licensing jurisdiction.

Where a complaint cannot be resolved internally, the Player may escalate the matter to the relevant authority under the Operator's licensing framework.
vinpk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, vinpk will provide notice to registered Players by posting a prominent notice on the Platform and, where appropriate, by email to the address associated with your Account.
